Rates are subject to change without notice. Christmas / New year rates vary to quoted rates and may require a minimum two week booking. President’s week and Thanksgiving require 7 nights minimum.

Payment & Cancelation Policy
25% deposit required to confirm reservation.
Full payment 45 days prior to arrival date.
Full refund if cancellation is made 90 days prior to arrival. (Excluding Christmas / New Year)
Cancellation after the 90 days deadline will result in the forfeiture of the monies paid – however in some cases, depending on the client or on the situation, the deposit maybe applied to a future booking should the client wish to reserve for a future date and therefore not lose his deposit.
Full refund will apply for all booking if villa is rebooked based on a similar rate.(Including Christmas / New Year)

On credit card payments there is a service charge of 2.875% for Visa and Master card .
